Through user research and customer journey mapping, we identified the need for Nike to bridge the gap between digital and physical retail. This led to the development of interactive installations designed to enhance engagement and product discovery in flagship stores.

Implementation
Each interactive feature allowed customers to explore Nike products, compare options, and place orders directly. The immersive experiences, powered by touchscreens and live data, transformed the retail environment into a dynamic shopping experience.

The installations led to increased customer engagement, with daily interactions exceeding a thousand. Nike’s flagship stores now offer an innovative retail experience, blending physical and digital shopping seamlessly.
