We conducted a proof-of-concept (POC) with 50 users to validate an algorithm-powered platform for optimizing well-being and performance. User feedback helped shape a North Star vision for a personalized app experience.

Our collaboration with WSC involved designing a personalized algorithm which integrates technologies like Apple Watch, HealthKit, and Number Eight. This enables tailored tips and recommendations for users based on their biometric data and behavioral context. By leveraging insights from PANAS (Positive and Negative Affect Schedule), the platform personalizes experiences to improve users' well-being and performance.
